Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any pets.
There is a strict "No Smoking" policy at Hillcrest in accordance with the law. SMOKING is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises and will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave immediately should their behaviour or actions fall below accepted levels with full payment required before leaving.
We do not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to guests' property whilst staying at Hillcrest. All damage and breakages must be reported and guests agree to cover all costs involved, however minor. Take-away food is not allowed in the house or cottage.
Private parking is provided for all guests' vehicle's at the rear of the property. All vehicle's and contents are left at owner's risk. Only guests's vehicle's are permitted.
Rooms are available after 4pm on the day of your arrival with the last check-in being 8pm.After that, out of courtesy to other guests, we will be unable to admit you. Please do not arrive out of these hours. Please vacate your room by 10.00am on the day of your departure to enable us to prepare for our next guests. We do not accept night workers who wish to sleep during the day.
We accept most major credit & debit cards or cash. Cheques are accepted as deposit payment only.
To make a booking, please provide a full address, landline & mobile telephone number together with valid credit or debit card details. We will then send a letter or email confirmation.
A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable on arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, if we are given less than 3 days notice or have a confirmed booking which fails to arrive (no show) a cancellation fee of the entire reservation will be charged.
